Conventional Feedlines
Built for servo press work, high speed stamping, and long progression dies
Conventional lines run from 200mm to 2000mm wide with thickness capacity up to 12mm, and can be configured around servo presses, high speed stamping, long progression dies, and pre painted or exposed material work.
Built In Three Capacities
Faster line speeds and tighter accuracy for shops that need consistent straightening quality.
General Specifications
- Coil thickness capacity between 0.4mm and 12mm
- Coil width capacity between 20mm and 2000mm
- Line speed up to 60 meters per minute
- Hydraulic piloting system
- Precise sheet positioning inside the die with a hand wheel
- Feeding accuracy of plus or minus 0.05mm with external encoder control
- Contactless sheet introduction from decoiler to straightener
- Optional straightener group with support rolls
Conventional Feedline Features
The same precision systems as our compact line, tuned for higher speed production.
Coil Loading Car
A crane or forklift sets the coil on the loading car, which centers and clamps it to the drum automatically. Hydraulic and motor driven motion, plus guide arms, keep the coil secure while it moves into place.
Crocodile Opening System
The straightener and feeder group swings open on the inlet side, driven by hydraulic cylinders, so a new coil threads through quickly without slowing down changeovers.
Powered Passline Adjustment
Enter your bolster height once and the feeder group raises or lowers itself to match, with no manual cranking required.
Servo Motorized Coil Side Guides
Servo driven guides center the coil on the drum automatically based on the width you enter, keeping loading fast and consistent.
Servo Motorized Stock Edge Guides
Guides on the inlet and outlet side reposition themselves by servo motor to keep the sheet centered as it travels through the straightener and feeder.
Servo Roll Adjustment
Top roll position on the straightener is set and monitored from the control panel, giving repeatable, precise flatness control.
External Encoder Control
A second encoder cross checks feed length against the feed rolls in real time, catching any slip during the feed cycle.
Hydraulic Cut Off Shear
A guillotine shear between the feeder and die can cut the sheet on demand, with high speed and adjustable blade gap options for cut to length work.
